Here's a list of recommended starting hands and the positions you should play them from. The hands you should raise with and the hands you should call raises with.
Early/Middle/Late Position: You are in the first/second/third third of the betting order.
Last Position: You will be last to act.Preflop Starting Hands:

Raise and reraise with:
AA, KK, QQ, AKs (no reraise)
Call ½ bet with:
Every hand on this page
Call raise (before or after you bet) always with:
AKs, AK, AQs, AQ, AJs, A10s, A9s, KQs
Call raise if there are 7 or more callers already:
A[anything]suited, any pair
Call a reraise with:
AA,KK
------Early position (Position 3, Position 4):------
Raise and reraise with:
AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AKs (no reraise for the last two)
Call and call raise with:
AKs, AK, AQs, AQ, A10s, A9s, KQs, AJs, KJs, KTs, QJs, QTs, JTs, TT, 99
Call but fold if raised:
KJ, QJ, AJ, KQ
Call a reraise with:
AA,KK
------Middle position (Positions 5,6,7):------
Raise and reraise with:
AA, KK, QQ, AKs (no reraise for AKs)
Call and call raise with:
AKs, AK, AQs, AQ, A anything suited, KQs, AJs, KJs, KTs, K9s, QJs, QTs, Q9s, JTs,
T9s, JJ, TT, 99, 88
Call but fold if raised:
KJ, QJ, AJ, KQ
Call a reraise with:
AA,KK
------Late position (Positions 8,9,dealer):------
Raise and reraise with:
AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AKs (no reraise for the last two)
Call and call raise with:
AKs, AK, AQs, AQ, AJs, A[anything] suited, KQs, KJs, KTs, K9s, QJs, QTs, JTs, T9s,
TT, 99, 88
Call but fold if raised:
AJ, KJ, QJ, KQ
Call only if 4+ people have called in front of you with no raises:
any pair, K8s, Q9s, J9s, T8s, 98s, 87s, 97s, 76s, 65s, 54s
Call only if there are < 6 players (including yourself/blinds) left and no raises:
A[anything], K10, K9, Q10
Call a reraise with:
AA, KK (always) AKs, AQs if there are 4+ people who already called, otherwise fold.
